Knowing your client has become more challenging in the past 10 years +. Things you wished you
knew to ask your clients but a) did not know to, or b) did not know how to. Additionally, the issues and challenges faced by clients are evolving and occurring more rapidly due to technology and globalization. It’s time to address how advisors “know their clients”.

This program will address all elements of the regulatory KYC pieces with a few ‘extras’ that you
may never have considered, along with gaining insight on the psychological side (mental health) of your clients when discussing their financial matters.
